Our Story

In 2007, Aleksandar Zeremski bought the first 10 hectares on Belo Brdo, just above Čerević. This small village in Srem embraced a native of Novi Sad and helped him achieve his dream. A couple of years before this, the idea of personal vine growing and wine production was born. The idea was then worked out in detail, the ideal place found, and in 2008 the first vineyards appeared. All 9 varieties are international, 3 white and 6 red wine varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Marseille, and Petit Verdot. It turned out that the combination of terroir and plantation assortment selection is ideal. Excellent exposure, sunshine hours, proximity to the Danube, and continuous airflow, provided perfect conditions for growing vines. A fairy tale could start, but not a fairy tale that puts you to sleep, but on the contrary, one that wakes you up and drives you to take brave and big steps.

Aleksandar knew that the production of quality wine begins in the vineyard, but it doesn’t end there. He put a lot of effort into bringing the plant production process to perfection. He decided not to lag behind the best wineries in the world, so he applied all the technical innovations in production into his own cellar. He kept pace with the modernization and improvement of production, aging, care, etc.

Over the years, thanks to the dedication and great love, Belo Brdo has won numerous awards in Serbia, as well as at some world competitions. The winery won the title of the best winery in Serbia at the prestigious AWC Vienna twice, and many gold medals… Belo Brdo Winery grew, step by step, the experience was gathered, a lot was learned and worked on.

Today we cultivate 20 hectares, which allows us to make wine exclusively from our own plantations, so we are always sure what can be expected from the current harvest.
By applying state-of-the-art agro-technical measures, we have reduced the possibility of unpleasant surprises to a minimum.
The sky cannot be deceived, but everything on earth can be controlled and protected.

Belo Brdo now proudly presents its 23 labels from 4 lines, white labels, black labels, fun & clubbing labels, and premium labels.
