A complex and layered wine with an oily structure where aromas of ripe peaches, pears and apricots overflow with notes of vanilla, roasted hazelnuts and honey white flowers. The finish is long and clear salinity of mineral origin.
Pairing with food: Dishes of feathered game, fatty river and sea fish, pork, pasta and risotto with fatty cheeses, moussaka.
Service: 12-14 ℃
Aged for 10 months in American and French barrels.
